It fit, the dripping stopped when I replaced the original. What I expected.

Pretty straightforward to install, no surprises, no leaks! The seal is good and it matches with my showers. Just need to swap the small gear to the new one and lubricate with the white lubricant.

We spent so many weeks trying to figure out the cartridge model of our extremely old faucet from… 60’s??? It was THIS!!! We fixed the shower and now it works. So happy!

Well, the cartridge is a perfect fit! That's the good thing. The seats are not identical. Original as you can see have a shoulder and the new one do not. That said, there is not enough tension and there is still a drip.I have to look for the other seats but doesn't matter where you look, all new seats come without that flat raised edge.So unfortunately my problem is not solved yet. This is a replacement for GOBO 21411Update: dripping got less, still a little and I will look for different seats but as mentioned before, better than it was. So yes, I recommend product.

It fits, it works right and no leaks. But, the details to tolerances... and the material. The washers had a burr and just fit, I fear they will 'wear' to quickly. The chrome-plated (not brass) strike-plate is not as good as the original. And the chrome-plated plate seems to stick; that is, the handle doesn't move as smooth as it did with the original parts. The handle has a sticky spot as you go to turn it on and off. And the opening are slightly bigger then the original and it is causing the mixing/adjusting of the temperature of the water to be very 'sensitive'. But, with that said, it work, it does not leak and it was a fair price.

Worked well was a Gerber genuine part. The ID on it matched my existing. Said gobo 21411 on it like my existing one. It comes with seats and springs. The seat looked slightly different style than the one I took out but it worked fine with no drip. I have a feeling I likely only needed a new seat and spring as it was a cold water drip and the seat was brittle when I took it out. But for 30 odd bucks and next day delivery i’m not complaining.

This worked for this Danze shower diverter. (I don’t have a tub just shower) and it works great. My shower was dripping for years. Plumber said he couldn’t get the part and would have to break out part of my tarrazzo wall to rough in a whole new diverter. No thanks. Turn off house water first. Trick to getting handle off it turning the wide ring counterclockwise by hand as indicated is photo. Then it is obvious. Make sure to note the orientation of the cartridge and the gray & white temp limit gears (you need to reuse these as they do not come with the new part) Also note the position of the tear shaped holes on the silver plate relative to the gear stop on the main part of the cartridge. I put it in upside down and thru trial & error finally got it right so that to shower was OFF when handle was in down position. I popped out “washer Spring doohickeys” with a screw driver. I also cleaned the brass where the cartridge inserts with steel wool since there was hard water buildup. I put a tiny bit of silicone lube on the faces ofthe spring doohickeys & the O ring around the cartridge. Put everything back (notch on cartridge must line up with notch on diverter becareful) walla! No more drip. I did it. I’m a 50 something pretty handy mom type. You can do this too.

Our tub faucet (installed sometime prior to 2013) has been dripping for *years*, and when I finally got around to taking it apart to find a part number all I could find was the brand (Premier, which is now a Home Depot brand) and a number that didn't seem to lead me anywhere ("018771A-1").There are plenty of washerless cartridges out there, but most have much shorter stems. After reading a few reviews about the Danco 89932 not fitting right on other Home Depot house brands (Pegasus, Glacier Bay, et al), I decided to bite the bullet and pay for the Danze part (especially since it includes replacement springs and gaskets). After installing last night, I stepped into a dry tub for the first time in years this morning. Absolutely worth the money, and I'm ashamed that I didn't fix this sooner.
