This is adorable. I ordered the size up so it was a little longer. It’s perfect for after the pool/beach. Definitely recommend!

The bag had no retail information and a warning about the bag being dangerous. It had no reference about the flammability of the fabrics, and no detail about the brand or any marketing information, which leads me to believe this is a bare bones type of packaging – it’s not a big deal.What was inside?Inside, of course was the Gerber brand hoodie.Why I selectedTo be frank, I selected this hoodie, over others, primarily because it’s Gerber’s, then because of its composition, and solid color. When I refer to its composition, I refer to this as having a percentage of cotton – (80%), I do wish it was GOTS certified “organic” cotton; however, it’s not, but that’s okay, I really do not care for polyester, even though it’s only (20%), because cotton, in my mind, is healthier (breathability) and a natural fabric, plus I knew my little one would love this, I was right, and that this could be passed onto younger siblings, of both genders).Fit and finishI like this hoodie’s superior fit and finish, from a name I trust, Gerber’s (which is referenced on the labels, and the hangtag, which was attached to the outfit with a plastic string. All these little touches I think are fantastic). Regardless, this hoodie is made with rich, colorful, soft, and wonderful feeling smooth cotton, I would describe this as terry like cloth, fluffy, rather than jersey cotton (but it does not offer much in the way of stretch), but all the softness of jersey cotton, just thick.ValueConsidering the totality, this represents competitive value in clothing, but it is in the low to middle price range for my wallet.Wash & WearThe outfit is easy to wash, like colors. I did not see much in the way of shrinkage, however, if this goes into the dryer, it’s just for a few minutes. Otherwise, I prefer to line dry. The outfit does dry nicely, I would not iron it.Comfort?Our little looked comfortable in this, with no rashes developing.Attention to detailAttention to detail is noticeable here. All seams were tight. No loose threads. Everything was even and well sewn.GiftingThis “does” make a nice gift with the Gerber tag. Got this for my niece and the parents love it. It's bright white and very soft. Basically a robe for babies, except you pull it over. Make sure to towel dry before putting it on, as the material isn't that thick and if the baby is soaking wet, this won't be able to absorb all of that excess moisture. Remember to wash it before using on your baby to make sure there isn't anything on it that might cause skin irritation. All in all, a nice little hoodie for your baby. No pants, but that's by design so the bottom can breath and/or easy access to changing diapers. Recommended.

The hooded coverup is adorable and very soft, and it fit as expected. Washes well, and no issues with shrinking. No manufacturing defects, loose seams or strings, etc. Good value! Definitely recommend.

Very soft and a perfect cover-up for a cool day.

This has fit my daughter perfectly. It's so nice and soft and is great in any weather. Because of the material, I've put this on my daughter in the evening after pool days this summer. I've also been able to put her in leggings and send her off to daycare now that the weather is cooler. Great little layering piece and you can't go wrong for the price!
