The GFW-MIC-SM4248 acts to preserve sound quality by isolating your large-diaphragm condenser mic from the stand itself. The shockmount supports most studio mics ranging from 42-48mm in diameter and features soft EVA foam lining to gently grip the mic, keeping it comfortably secured inside the cradle for hassle-free recordings. To insert the mic, simply pinch and pull back on the spring clips to open up the inner ring. The stand adapter features an angle adjustment knob and comes equipped with 5/8"–27 standard mic threads, allowing you to connect the mount to most mic stands on the market. Wanted this to fit for shure microphone that I have. I measured it at 55.5 mm this says it would fit and it doesn't. Waste of time. I hate when my time is wasted

Great mount with a solid metal build. Fits universal audio condenser mic perfectly. Nice and snug (42-48mm). Has soft padding on interior of mount to protect microphone body/finish. 5/8 mount and locking mechanism is of good quality compared to cheaper ones I've used. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a shock mount, you won't be disappointed.

This works great with my Tonor TC- 510 microphone. The fit is nice and snug and the internal sleeve protects the microphones finish. The adjustable swivel holds tight. The microphone fit into the mount easily. I also found the noise isolation was much better using this mount. My mic measured 57.1 mm. If you need a larger mount I would recommend this. The build quality, design, weight and looks are all very good. I am very pleased with everything about it.

I love the Gator Frame Works products typically. I use their mic stands, bags and other stuff. I love the concept of this shock mount. The mount itself seems to be a quality product but the issue is the piece that attaches to the boom arm and is used to control the angle of the mount. The piece is made of plastic and when tightening the knob to hold the mic in position it just spun and stripped the plastic piece. If that one component were metal or had adjust knobs on both ends so you could apply the proper tension this would be a winner.

Fits a PRO218A Superlux, same body size as the GearOne MK1000. I believe these are the same size as a similar shape Electrovoice PL33 model as well. You can't go wrong.

This claims to support microphones 42-48mm. However, when you attempt to use this with the 47mm MXL 910, you will cut a nice deep gouge into the body of your Joly modded u87 clone. The fit isn't even close.I've reported this listing as inaccurate. It's also very annoying when a company like Gator lists six wildly different products under the same listing as different "sizes," thereby diluting review usefulness and accuracy. Garbage product, garbage company.

マイクをつけて角度を調整してネジを思いっきり閉めましたがマイクの重さに耐えられず、ゆっくり落ちていきます。製造過程で油がついていたのかわかりませんが角度調整の部分をシリコンオフで拭いたら改善されました。マイクはMXL７７０X重さは５００gです。
