Through Amazon error, I purchased 2 of these shelves. Both shelving units had bent shelves. They were easy to assemble, but I feel that I should not have pay shipping to replace or to return. Very disappointed in quality and customer service by Gardeners and Amazon.

This lighted plant shelf is okay. Although the frame is very easy to set up, it would still be good to have some complete, legible setup instructions. In particular, I’d like to see how to attach the clips that (I think) are intended to secure the cords that attach to the lights to the frame, so that the cords don’t dangle sloppily. Mine are still dangling sloppily. In addition, there were various minor dings on the metal frame when I took the item out of the undamaged box. Though the dings aren’t significant enough to bother me too much, they shouldn’t have been there. But the most serious issue I have with this item is the insecure connection between the lights and the cords that connect them to the electrical supply. The pin that connects to the lights falls out and seems impossible to connect securely. I got them to stay in insecurely, but I know that the fit is not correct and that they will come loose with the slightest touch. So, I like this item with some serious reservations. In short, I think it was manufactured quite sloppily and not the quality I’d expect from Gardener’s Supply.

Very easy to set up and looks nice. Perfect for my herb garden during the long winter months.
