This harvest apron is a pragmatic item, and as such, it works really well. It is made of sturdy but not heavy canvas, with a weaved belt with a plastic buckle. The expandable main pocket is accessible to one hand, with two extra pockets to store tools, a phone, or whatever you need to carry with you while harvesting. The color is not as pictured -- somewhere between light mud and soft stool, it is not an attractive piece of clothing. But, as noted above, this is not a fashion accessory. (Still, manufacturer -- perhaps experiment with more comely fabrics?)

I have an injury which is going to take some time to recover from. That means that I have to walk with canes (I am not fond of crutches) for some time. It really affects what you can do as it hinders from being able to carry things. I got this to help.FABRICThis pouch is not nylon. It is a really nice heavy weight canvas. It is tightly woven.STYLEThis has an adjustable belt which is made from webbing. It goes around the waist and can sit on the front or to the side.COMFORTThis is good, but I am used to having a pouch attached to the bib of an apron. I think I like that better. The weight is balanced between the waist and the shoulders.MODIFYAlthough this can be used alone, I will probably be adding a bib to it and making it into an apron of some sort. It is easier for me to work with. The weight more easily distributed with a bib so I can more easily carry things of considerable size or weight.THE BOTTOM LINEThis is a nice pouch. I love that it is not nylon as it is more comfortable. I plan to add a bib but it can be used with it one.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. This is as advertised. It is a cotton duck/canvas type of fabric which I like. It is a lifesaver for me to be able to carry things while I walk with aids until I recover.
