This is a great coat rack. I love that it doesn't take up too much space. There is enough room for 6 pairs of shoes if I needed and I also love the top rack. There are plenty of hooks for coats, hats and scarves. I also hang an umbrella on one.

Parts missing, product clearly opened, and damaged.No assembly instructions, not super easy to assemble.Screws don't fit in the hole, some of the screws are warped.Description says 220lbs to sit on and the bench says it's 150lbs. Description is not accurate.Contacting amazon customer service.

I opened the box, no issues. I started pulling the pieces out of their plastic bags and saw shiny bits. At first I thought it was metal shavings but after picking up a piece it snapped in my fingers so I knew it was fiberglass. I have dealt with fiberglass before but if you haven’t, it’s tiny shards of glass that will turn into dust and cause rashes and all kinds of issues. Once you have it there’s no getting rid of it. I hosed it off and finished building outside and thankfully don’t have carpet so you can clean it up with a damp rag and honestly throw it away. The product itself came quickly, is exactly what I expected, minor difficulty putting it together but it’s sturdy even without mounting it to the wall. I wish the bench had more depth but otherwise it’s great. Just wanted to warn people about the FIBERGLASS!
