I got this for my brother and he absolutely loves it and helps with his back pain. He had another gaming chair that was starting to go and I gave this to him for his birthday and he says it was the best gift he got that year.

I'm not a gamer, but I love this chair. It is so comfortable and easy to put together. The massager and lumbar support is what I needed for my back. If you work from home, this is the chair for you.

It does look nice.However the instructions are ridiculous and I was missing a small screw. A few poorly illustrated diagrams leave a lot of guessing.Also, while it can seat a grown man (6ft, 200ish), the foot rest is an upper thigh rest and pointless AND so is the vibration.At the end of this, I strongly suggest you buy a different one. This did not live up to expectations- at all.

So, sitting there downloading updates on the pc; then it just snaps out of nowhere. Had the chair maybe 48 hours. I was injured in the fall also; so.. safe to say I'm done here.Updating here for my SO as all details not provided. Chair is supposed to hold up to 300lbs. He is 215.The leg broke off while he was just sitting working on his pc. Unfortunately, it was the leg in front. He tried to catch himself, and prevented his face slaming into the desk. But the back of the chair came up and pushed him down. Twisting his arm and pinning him in a sitting position face first on the floor under his desk. Face toward the floor.His arm was discontorted from trying to save himself and his pc and we had to go to the hospital.DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!!!!we are lucky he is not older. Had it been his mother, I am not certain she would have survived this kind of fall...A chair should not be life or death.... or even a hospital trip....

First of all, putting this thing together is a NIGHTMARE. I had to add pictures of the "instructions", because it tells you to read them carefully, but then gives you a page of steps with NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS and no easy indication of what you're looking at. It took me a minute to realize each step after step 2 had multiple steps in 1 as well.It's basically Where's Waldo, but with chair parts. I had approximately 3 mental breakdowns putting parts in the wrong way. I had to look at a finished picture of it along side the "instructions" to get a better idea. For the price, they could at least make a better instruction manual.Once I finally got it put together I tried out the lower lumbar massage cushion...and I'm going to be honest here...as someone who lives in an apartment it sounds like a strong "intimate" toy. Very loud and obnoxious. I tucked the cords back into that cushion and am just using it as back support, which is still nice.But the size of the chair in general isn't wide at all. It's very narrow. It kind of made me feel like I was in a kid's chair. If you have any kind of thick thighs expect the outer parts of them to start feeling the pain from pressing into the hard edges of the sides.Overall the chair looks nice, and after all the effort I'm not going to return it. But buyer beware: the lack in width of the chair, combined with the nightmare that was trying to put it together is really something you should consider. It's a decent gaming chair, but if you have the money...I'd honestly look elsewhere.

Supports my lower back and neck. Love the recline features as well. Also the leg rest is perfect for a needed mid day nap.

We like the comfort and wide seat of this chair. We didn’t like how they offered a $30.00 coupon and then charged us $29.99 for shipping and handling/delivery, 😡Why offer a coupon if y’all going to take it back in shipping and handling.? My friend ordered without the coupon and they didn’t charge them shipping and handling/delivery charges. So clearly fraudulent in offering a coupon. Also, it wasn’t very easy to put the chair together. All-in-all the chair is a great purchase and we are happy with the chair.
