It’s a simple product. Uses a bit of mechanical leverage to make to clutch easier to use. By design this will also make the engagement longer. Don’t know why it comes with the two cables. Use just the one on the lever side and your original cable on the other. Works w/o modification on a Yamaha warrior.

It did exactly what I'm supposed to eliminated the clutch pull by 50% at least I would recommend it

Note that the maximum stroke for the lever cable is 23mm, for a stroke of 18mm (give or take depending on the pivot placement) for the clutch cable. I had hoped this would work with my vintage British bike, but it didn't with the stock cable. Each stub cable provided had end barrels of 7mm & 8mm with an M6 threaded adjuster. The aluminum body has one M6 thread and an M8 thread for the clutch cable adjuster.

Got this to try it out and the cable provided snapped on the first use. The whole thing seems pretty cheaply made, and the pivot lever inside the casing doesn't stay put easily, so anytime it pops out you have no clutch, and have to take it back apart and reset the lever and cables, which is a pain in the you know what. Overall just not worth the time or the money.

I purchased this to make the clutch lever feel softer for my wife's 2003 xr100, it works good. I like it. Theres a pin that can be moved to adjust feel to how you like it.The extra cable is nice to keep as a spare, seeing it's not used. I did use white lithium grease inside to help with a smooth feel and offer water protection from rust. Grease is a must.Would I buy it again, yes because it made a big difference in lever feel. About half as hard to squeeze the clutch lever now.

This may not be relevant to every bike, but on my Suzuki RM-Z 450, this thing limited the travel of my clutch too much for it to fully disengage. I had to either have it not fully disengage, or to have it partially disengaged when not using the clutch. I could have made this thing work by recabling my bike and shortening the barrel adjusters, but it wasn't worth it. Other than that, product seemed fine. This is specific to my bike, this may not be an issue for someone else's bike.

I haven't installed it but opened the case up to see how well it was made and sone of the other reviews mention that its installed backwards. I did notice that the pin they use is undersize and makes for alot of solo on the internals, and its an aluminum pin so it wont last long. I swapped my pin out for a custom turned one to fit both diameters of the parts. I suggest at least putting in a decent 1/8 pin for better life. I will update after I install.

of little cables made it a total pain to install. The two short cables that come with it are exactly the same, so I guess one's a spare instead of being for alternative fitment. HOWEVER, neither of them fit my clutch without modification. THIS IS IMPORTANT: the threaded tube that goes into the mechanism is/was TOO LONG to allow the internal lever to move fully through its arc when connected to the clutch lever! It intruded into the chamber so the internal lever could only move half way, not enough to fully disengage the clutch. It's just too long, longer than it needs to be no matter what. O had to use a Dremel to cut half of it off which is obviously tricky since there's a cable inside and the time can't be deburred after. It's just sloppy manufacture, because the basic principal is very workable.
