Very soft and the size fits as expected. It’s pretty thick so I had to buy sheets with the deep pockets. Quality wise I would say I can hear the springs on the inside so it’s a little cheap but I mean the price is cheap too so can’t complain. Support wise I would say is good as a 230lb person.

First my mattres dimensions my mentions are 81“ x 76“ and 12 inches high. I ordered the 14 inch mattress and was sent to 12 inch and it is very hard. Other reviews say that it’s soft it is hard to sleep on when I lay on my side, I can feel the springs in my hip and I feel like I’ve slept on the floor. It does have soft spots the corners cave in as you sleep, least up near the head where your head and arms are they wind up in the cracks of the bedframe we purchased which we also regret. I do not recommend this mattress, but if you like sleeping on the floor and don’t mind getting short changed on inches than this is the bed for you. The tile on the mattress does say it is supposed to be 14 inches so my guess is that being compressed and rolled for however, long it was stored in their warehouse even sitting out for four days with nothing on it did not get it back to its full height Like you can see the corners are crinkled.

This is a wonderfully firm, 14" pillow top queen mattress. Delivery and set up were perfect. I am impressed with the high quality of this bed in a box. It is comparable to name brand high end mattresses we used to purchase at a retail store in our town. The edges are quite firm so you get a lot more space on top moving from side to side. Getting in and out is easy as there is no cave in on the mattress edges. There is no noise either as you roll over. I find the firmness combined with the pillow top to be just right. There is absolutely no smell.

I think I reviewed this when I first got it, but after several weeks I can say it has helped my sleep a lot. Also, those aches and pains are less. It's been a good mattress for a good price. I never noticed any odor either. If it lasts even a few years it will be worth the cost.

Bought this needing a quick bed for my daughter. Extremely surprised the quality and comfort of this bed. The edges are definitely soft with not much support, but she’s little so that really wasn’t an issue. Tucking her in at night and laying with her is very pleasant. I could not recommend this mattress enough. It beyond exceeded my expectations

OMG, I hate when I have to leave my bed... It's so very comfy and plush. I melt when in this bed the thickness is great no box spring needed with 14in. No smell coming out of the packaging top tier quality! Would give more stars if possible! Great product! ABSOLUTELY

So far, I can leave 5 stars! We received it last week, opened the box and waited 72 hours to sleep on it. Placed it on top the box spring when opening, because it does inflate rather quickly! I did not notice any smell from this mattress, and it is as described. For the price, WOW! Now if it holds up, I will be ecstatic! My husband says after just 3 nights on it, he notices less back stiffness when getting up in the morning and less back pain! I love that it is firm but has that softness when touching! Very pleased! I will come back in a year with another review with hopes, I can still give 5 Stars!!

Decent mattress for the price but definitely does not have the firmness advertised, luckily I did not buy it for myself or I would have returned it but my 9 year old says it's comfortable enough for her so we kept it, you do sink down in it not much support at all, we will be replacing it next year for sure, I'm only giving 3 stars because there was no smell shipping and packaging was exceptional, we did wait 4 days for the mattress to expand to what we hoped would be firm
