So I was nervous about ordering a mattress in a box. This one is super comfy! It expanded quickly. There was no foul smell as some reviews have mentioned on other boxed mattresses. It’s thick and has the right amount of body support

Five star, pure and simple. Comes rolled into a tight sausage shape, wrapped in heavy duty double plastic. You must carefully release it from the plastic using the shielded envelope opener, which is included in the package. Give it plenty of room and it will roll out, springs and all. No odors from it, no issues whatsoever, and when I lay down on it, I can confirm that this combination of springs and foam is absolutely heavenly.

The bed feels pretty firm when you're lying on it, but it feels unsupported when you're sitting on the sides.I also deducted a star because it's not a 12-inch mattress. Mine is around 11 inches in total. Not sure if paying extra for that 1 inch is worth it.

Ordered two of these mattresses for my kids beds. They were easy to set up & took shape in no time, but there is no real firmness or support to them. The kids like them, but if I tried to sleep on it, my back would be wrecked..Not recommended unless you like this kind of mattress.

I'm coming from a foam mattress that was hard as a rock and gave me back pain on the regular. This bed in contrast, has been simply wonderful to sleep on.Pros:-super easy to set up, just be careful of how quickly it pops out once you open the plastic.-its comfortable. The perfect balance of spring and foam for my 140lb self and my partner.-its the right size --unlike a competitors bed which was two inches shorter than spec.-it still looks great/there hasn't been any sinkage after 4 months.Cons:-the edges aren't quite firm enough, you don't want to be sitting on the edge and pulling on pants in the morning-there isn't really any motion dampening. I can feel the reverb every time my partner scratches their foot/rolls over/etc.

This mattress was dirt cheap and it’s really good quality! We just use it for a guest bed so it’s rarely used but our company we just had said it was excellent for sleeping.

I read so many reviews about this mattress and in my opinion not everything they said about the mattress is quite true. In my case,1. The item arrived a week later than the original delivery date2. The item arrived in a box with an open top and it was raining, at least the delivery guy left the box standing up so it was easy to carry the mattress inside the house.3. The mattress is so soft that you cannot seat in any corner or alongside the mattress. I'm in the heavy side. I'm waiting at least for the 72 hours to see if the firmness of this mattress improves. At the time of this review only 30 hours have passed since the opening of the mattress.Last but not least as indicated by another reviewer, open the mattress very carefully to avoid surprises, the mattress pops up to its original size in matter of seconds.Is a good looking mattress, wish it was more firmer. In terms of support I have yet to test it. As I explained before the mattress arrived late, my guests were long gone by then. 😕

For the quality, price, and convenience of having it delivered to your home, there is no better deal. The mattress is very comfortable with a nice firmness to it. Much better than my old $900 mattress I replaced. The only constructive criticism I have, is that the corners collapse when you sit on the edge of them. To be fair, I spoke with a friend of mine that works at a mattress store and he told they are constructed that way in order to be able to compress them for shipping. In order to get a hybrid mattress where the corners don't collapse, you have to spend 3 or 4 times the amount of money that this one costs. Delivery was super fast too. For me, 100% worth it and will definitely but again from Sofree.
