NECESSARY FUEL OIL INJECTION PRESSURE TESTER TOOL

APPLICATION RANGE

1. Fuel injection pressure is less than 140PSI: perfect for most gasoline/gas engine fuel injection system (except for Bosch, CIS Jetronic, Throttle Body Systems on GM vehicles), not for diesel high pressure injection pump or direct-injection engine.

2. Check if your vehicle's fuel pressure can be tested by one of following connection styles:

Hook up fuel pressure test port directly

15"L long hose brass fittings is used for the 1/4" SAE standard Schrader valve on the fuel rail or fuel pump. The 8"L short hose for M6 fuel pressure test port, and M8/M10/M12/M14 adapters for the corresponding test port on fuel rail

In-line connection

Aluminum tee with brass fittings allows to test the fuel pressure for most vehicles, by splicing in-line between the fuel pump and engine.

Please NOTE: This kit does not include the brass fittings for small Schrader valve on part Ford.

NOTE

1. Please wear gloves and goggles when use.

2. This auto fuel oil engine diagnostic gauge injection pressure tester set should be used by professional or under the guidance of a professional.

3. Always refer to equipment manufacturer's operation instruction, compare to the manufacturer's recommended readings.

4. Before making connections and testing, place a dry chemical (Class B) fire extinguisher nearby.

5. Gasoline is highly flammable. Do not smoke, or test near open flames or a source of electrical sparks. Do not allow gasoline to come in contact with the hot manifolds or other engine components.

6. Perform service in a well-ventilated, outdoor location.

7. Make sure all connections are tight to avoid fuel leaks. Or use PTFE tape if needed.

This tester has many adapters for all types of units. It’s well made and It worked great for my project. No more than I’ll use it, it will last me the rest of my life😂.

Comes with quite a few fittings that have no use or doesnt fit the tool. Gauge works as intened as long as you have the correct adapters. Extension hose isnt an extension and there isnt a ford style shrader valve fitting.

The kit is excellent wth many adaptors. I bought it to test fuel pressure on my mini. Nothing in the kit fits the small Schrader valve. Had to mcguiver a fitting. Other than that it works great

All in all a good kit, quite well built. It didn't fit my 2005 mazda 3. Had to go out to buy some fuel line and clamps to fit the tee. If it came with some extra hoses it would be a fantastic kit

This kit comes with all the adapters and tools you need to make checking fuel issues a breeze. Blow molded case holds all parts in place for ease of access. Would highly recommend this set for any mechanic whether you are back yard or pro.
