This is the second time I have ordered from this seller (first time was also amazing just didn’t get around to leaving a review). Crayfish came healthy despite the REALLY unpredictable weather around the country right now and it being quite cold here in Washington State (There was even a severe cold warning put into effect 2 days ago). The seller did call me a few days ago to communicate that the order would be a little late due to circumstances and to make sure everything went right, which was really great. I have never actually had a seller on Amazon proactively call like that, and was totally fine with it and grateful they called!Amazing color blue with some purple mixed in as you can see from the picture and this is a juvenile, so as it ages I expect the colors will become even more amazing and pop just like they did with the first one that I purchased. Great job all around! Honestly a better experience than I have had with a lot of other high end online live fish stores I’ve worked with outside of Amazon that charge 40$+ for shipping and still send an inferior and/or potentially DOA creature. Very Satisfied!

Purchased almost a year ago. I put her into a 55 gallon well cycled tank. She disappeared! A month later she showed up lol. Very beautiful color, very happy creature from what I could tell. A couple weeks later I had 8 tiny blue crayfish crawling around my tank. She had babies. Between a few tanks I am constantly finding new babies.

I was skeptical at first but I couldn't ask for a better experience. I ordered this crayfish (named him Casper) after my last crayfish passed. Unfortunately Casper was delayed. I ended up contacting the customer service number in the product description. The customer service team explained why Casper got delayed, apologized for the inconvenience, and offered multiple solutions. I opted to wait for Casper to be shipped out on a later date. The customer service team reached out to let me know my new crayfish had been shipped. Less than 12hrs later Casper was in my mailbox. Casper is curious, active, and healthy. If you're debating buying an Amazon crayfish let me tell you it's worth it 👌

This little blue crayfish is absolutely adorable... about an inch smaller than I expected... he/she is about an inch and a half long but very full of life. I can't wait to watch it grow and thrive and become the best crayfish it can be. He has a great personality off the rip and I look forward to making friends with him/her.**Update** 9/15/23 found my new friend dead. I don't understand what happpened... I only had about 12 very tiny shrimp in a 55 gallon aquarium with this crayfish. Plenty of aquatic plants and food. I had ordered the shrimp at the same time and they are doing fine, they have even reproduced and there are tiny little babies. I am sad about my loss because I loved catching crayfish from the river and bringing them home as pets. I was looking forward to seeing this one grow and be the best crayfish he could be. I am sure it is my problem now so I am not bothering with customer service. I hate being out that money with nothing to show for it, I'm not rich... but I guess that's life.

This crayfish arrived active, large, healthy, and a beautiful shade of blue. I was most impressed with the seller's care in shipping. His water bag was double sealed and contained greenery and food for his journey. The box included a cool pack, insulated bag, and plenty of padding.

When our beautiful little girl arrived the poor thing was tangled up in a net that was in the bag with her and she was missing a leg. By the second day her leg began to turn black where it was missing and she wouldn't eat any more. Day 3 I checked on her in the morning and she wouldn't come out of hiding and had t eaten but was still moving around. That afternoon she died. States that customer service can be contacted 24hrs but all I get is an automated chat reply.
