It took some getting used to. It wasn’t as easy as one, two, three. Once I figured out the rotation of how to steep properly, the proper amount of water to coffee, it was a good cup! It does take longer than a Keurig, so plan on that. But it’s a good alternative if you like to make a more “professional” cup.

instructions are kind of strange. There are two different instructions in the manual. The written one instructions say 4 minutes and the picture instructions say 9 minutes. Use the 4 Minute instructions

It leaks! First time I used it, it leaked around the bottom metal seal. I lost all of the liquid in seconds! Very disappointed.
