I have an older camera that I keep for some shoots and it has a smaller lens than my Panasonic HC X920 but I wanted to be able to interchange some of the hoods I use and this step up ring allowed me to do so. It seems that the build is nice and the threads were cut correctly. This was a great add to my filming bag

wasn't clear whether it has plastic or metal frame from the description - as it occurred it is plastic. Fits nicely and is sandwiched between metal camcorder and metal frame UV filter - hope it holds.

There are a ton of you out there in Amazonland that own the same Panasonic TM-90(k)! The camera is amazing with an awesome wide angle shot and incredible zoom, however, this ring adds even more possibilities. This product by Fotodiox is super sturdy and attaches perfectly to the original panasonic lens (screws on/screws off). Built for attaching a 43mm lens. Super pleased this ring fits so snugly on my camera. Looking forward to attaching the fisheye I ordered and reviewing the entire package.
