Immediately started falling out of the air after playing with it for like 2 minutes. Immediate return-1*Edit: the seller reached out via messages and offered to ship a replacement toy for free after my return, second drone works well and was very nice of them to go out of their way to make the purchase right. 11/10 customer service. Works and floats with your hand under it, but the blades are terrifying and can hurt you/a child. The battery also only runs for a minute or two before you have to charge it again. Very low quality product.

My niece had this over Christmas break and it was fun to play with. Easy to use. Like how it lit up with different colors. I will say I had to replace it because I broke one of the wings off and it wouldn’t fly properly any more. There are two downsides to this toy: the wing blades are a little flimsy so they can break easily and don’t let it get close to long hair or it will get tangled up in your hair.

We have ordered these 4 times, 2 a while ago when they charged via a micro usb and they worked wonderfully, lasted longer than expected and kids absolutely loved it. The newer 2 we have purchased don’t seem to work well at all, 1 wouldn’t turn on and the other lasted maybe a week. Not sure what changed but sadly we bought them and stored them for an upcoming birthday and they are past their return window because of the early purchasing. If you see an earlier model with micro usb charging, that might be worth picking up. Avoid these new ones, sadly.

Really well designed and engineered with colorful lights, this flying crystal ball is a joy for adults as well as kids. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Brilliantly engineered and quite durable. Charges up quickly and efficiently. Advisable for indoors play only.Customer service was amazing. After flying it several times over the past year, one of the propeller blades fell off. We noticed an email address in the instructions and sent a request for a new blade. They responded immediately and sent a whole package of new propeller blades right away by UPS! And they did so with a smile.We were so impressed with the toy's performance and the excellent customer support, we bought a second for our other grandchild! Not surprisingly, it arrived fully charged and ready to fly!Great toy from a super nice company at an affordable price!

It's fun, but you can't decide what direction it goes in even if you hand is to a certain side it could just go toward your hand but up. Also one of them just perpetually spins on the ceiling then occasionally comes down until it senses something again. At least it has an automatic shut off if it crashes.

Once I decided to look at reviews I noticed that a remote was supposed to come with it I never got it.If purchasing this product it’s really fun but not gonna last at all so be prepared****** Update*****Customer service for the win I recently had them at 1 Star as review aboveThe customer service attempted to reach me twice to make it right after getting one that had little issue they wanted pictures to try and see if this issue can be resolved for any future products. Normally a lot of these manufacturers don’t care about their reviews as long as they are selling products but this company went above and beyond. They are sending me a complete new orbiter no charge to see if I just had a bad one. And of course would like to hear back after new one is received. Just at the reacting and quick responsive customer service I’m giving them a 5 star review
