Instructions:
1. Wrap toilet paper in the head of the tool.
2. Insert the excess paper into the groove on the head of the tool.

Product broke at hinge with only short time using, so now it’s not useable. Very disappointing. Great idea but needs improvements.

I was skeptical that his would not work well or be easy to use but it has been perfect while I recover from my back surgery. The toilet paper stays on and then come off easily with the release button.

I broke my wrist in an accident and it didn’t heal right. I’ve had to use toilet wiper aids as a result. This one’s foldable and comes with a plastic case. It fits in a purse and is easy to use.This is my 2nd one. My 1st one broke because the push button stopped working, and the wiper broke in half. I’ve since learned not to use the push button. Instead, I wind the toilet paper around the bulb end, wipe, then carefully unwind the toilet paper or tear it off. This saves the wiper from breaking when the push button stops working.

I bought one of the non-folding design for use at home, I have an issue with my right arm From the neck all the way down to the hand and my arm just won’t work as it’s needed to wipe confidently. This little item has been a godsend, I needed something for work that was discreet to carry to the bathroom with me when needed. Obviously it would be noticeable if I carried a 13 inch I item into the bathroom with me. The foldable design made it perfect, it comes with a little plastic carry bag with it, people have no idea what’s inside. There’s also a hook to attach to the wall, I did not use that. The design is pretty simple it flips open and locks and then when you’re done it folds closed. As others have said there is a challenge when it comes to the toilet paper release. Non-foldable design has the same issue. This is particularly true if you’re a “wrapper” versus a “wadder.” My way around this is to not use the toilet paper holding mechanism. I double or triple the toilet paper send wrap it around the device head, use it and then untwirl the tp into the toilet. This way I don’t have to use my hands at all on the toilet paper that is used. If you do happen to get to get any part of it dirty it washes off very easily. I couldn’t be happier with it. Until you’ve been through A medical challenge like this you have no idea how much impact it has on your life when you’re not able to do something as simple as wipe after using the restroom. As long as you can use your hand enough to grip it you should be able to use this confidently. And several of the reviews it says that it designed wrong that it folds and is used in the same direction and then collapses when used. They are using it incorrectly, The hinge opens one way and you use it with pressure the opposite way so it doesn’t collapse on you when using it.

This tool works perfectly for those who have difficulty reaching. The toilet paper stays in place by the rubber material and the indent in the head. The push button easily releases the paper into the toilet without any need to touch it. The wand folds up easily and the included pouch ensures it remains compact in your purse or bag. This product gives you a new found freedom and sense of independence.

My husband liked this as it is foldable so great for travel. It could have been longer as it is difficult for him to use as he is heavy and limited flexibility. However he was able to manage it.

The wand is too thick to reach areas properly. Also the rubber material irrates my skin. The gripper does not work well and barely hold the toliet paper.

it reaches where it needs to, but then you are stuck with dirty TP that does not slide off when the trigger is pulled, or when you shake it. So you have to use your hands to move out of the way and remove it manually. No help whatsoever.

I love this tool. I love that it comes with a hook. The hook sticks well to even a textured wall. The hinge part is a bit fragile. I guess I pushed too hard when I used it, because yesterday, after using it for about nine months, the plastic hinge snapped. I quickly ordered another one. I'm going to put duct tape around the hinge of the broken one and keep it in my home bathroom --not sure if that will work but I think it will if it's wrapped tightly enough. I also didn't like the case it came with. The zipper mechanism is like a cheap sandwich baggie zipper. It comes off too easily, and the case is cheap plastic, which rips easily. It's also clear, so when I carry it to the bathroom with me, I feel self-conscious with it. After a couple of months I decided to get a black faux leather makeup pouch to keep it in instead. Much better. It wasn't easy to find the right size bag, but I found one. I gave it four stars because it was still a life-saver in public because I have herniated disks and I'm obese so it is very hard for me to reach all the way back to wipe, and I got a good nine months out of it so that's less than $2.00 a month for an important tool.

This product is excellent. Not only is it convenient and discreet (folds in half, easily pack-able), it really works! Made of high quality materials and functions exactly as it should.The plastic, see-through travel case it comes in isn't high quality but that's okay. I can probably find a non-see-through cosmetic case, or something similar to replace it with.I have mobility issues and carry a small backpack-style purse. For nicer events I carry a small (6x9) crossbody purse and it fits in that, also I can rest assured that it's with me when needed. This is the best portable toileting aid I've found so far.Airport screening: You'll want to put this in something that isn't see-through (so the rest of the world doesn't see it) so you can place it in the bin separate from your purse, shoes, wallet, etc. If you leave it in your purse or carry-on, you'll be stopped for extra screening. As with any items that you know will cause you to be stopped - take out of purse/carry-on and put in the bin!!!

Such a relief knowing and now having an adequate product to enhance one’s personal hygiene! Works great, prefect length and I feel much more confident knowing I feel fresh and clean, especially for us larger folks who need a little more assistance! 😉
