This device is horrible! It's so difficult to get the toilet paper to stay so you can use it. More times than not the paper falls out before you can use it. If I'm lucky enough to get the paper to stay, as soon as I start to use it the handle starts to fold in half and that causes the paper to fall out. I would NEVER recommend this to anyone

I had purchased this wand for a woman who had broke both wrists and was in casts. She had to rely on someone cleaning her after toileting. This wand helped her regain some independence because she was able to use this herself.

The end that holds the paper/wipe does not hold the wipe. Just falls out.It snaps together on the wrong side meaning ...you attemp to use and the handle snaps open with very little pressure. Not helpful.

I am reviewing the UMOPPHIX Foldable Toilet Aids for Wiping - Butt Wiper Self Wipe Assist Toilet Aid Wand - Long Reach Comfort Bottom Wiping Aid Tool - Daily Living Bathroom Aids for Limited MobilityThis is such a beneficial item for individuals who have limited mobility, for whatever reason, and need a therapeutic aid for proper cleansing. It comes in a discreet pouch for portability and comes with an adhesive hook for hanging at home. My images show it gripping a wad of paper, although the instructions call for a complete wrap, I did not want to use too much for the photographs. Once the wad of paper has been attached, it does not fall out. After wiping, the eject button can be pressed to drop the used tissue into the toilet. Repeat as needed until clean. Then, once the cleaning is complete, the tool should be cleaned with soap and water at the sink, then dried carefully, and put away for the next use.None of us wants to think of needing a tool like this. Yet, I am grateful that these tools do exist and can allow a person to self-clean who might otherwise need assistance. This device helps preserve dignity. I strongly recommend keeping a small pack of antiseptic wipes with this device to clean it after use in a public restroom. Some of those sinks have such poor water flow that proper cleaning may not be feasible.
