Very happy with product, it came nicely packaged in a hard box with foam supporting everything from moving, all loose parts are bagged and sealed.The trem itself is a “Special” design and comes as described with everything needed for attaching to you guitar including the springs and claw. It does not include the clamping nut. I was replacing a black Special with this Chrome Special. The one that came with my Dunable Asteroid had noise issues I could never resolve and thought this might be a design flaw with the Special designs however this chrome replacement does not have noise problems. It sounds great, rings out clear and even amongst all strings. Very happy with this Floyd Rose Special and would buy again if needed

Be Aware! it doesn't come with a locking nut, even though it is listed. I contacted customer service but they couldn't do anything. The bridge itself is fine for the price.

Perhaps this was the reason it was cheaper than the other Floyd’s listed but this box did not come with a locking nut. Didn’t need one, so it was okay and I saved a couple of bucks. Bridge came out nice. Springs are good too. Huge upgrade from what came with my guitar. Quality.

I have multiple guitars rocking a variety of new and vintage FR bridges. I got this as a replacement for an original FR3 on a vintage Kramer and it was absolutely worth the price and more.Great quality and fast shipping, couldn't ask for more.

Im giving it 1 star in every department simply because mine did NOT come with locking nut. Not sure if it was an oversight, wrong description or what, but the description says its included and it wasnt. So buyer beware I guess.

I ordered this bridge in chrome. It arrived in satin finish. I did not have time to return and wait for the proper colour. The bridge itself is a good product.
