This arrived very well packaged. The instructions were fairly clear, but we did end up with four washers left over after following them meticulously. Assembly took about fifteen minutes. The stand itself is very sturdy and easy to use. The mechanism for holding the guitars is ingenious as the weight of the guitar locks the headstock into place with gravity. There are three height you can set it to, for everything from ultra short scale guitars to full size basses. In fact, my Flying V is going on this rack because it won't go on any of my traditional racks without hitting the floor. Overall, this is a different and very useful guitar stand. And for around sixty-nine dollars it is a good value for money.
