These are supper cool and they last a pretty long time per set of flint. They look cool and for pictures they are amazing, they spark really good and they are also very fun to play with and see peoples reactions.

Attach these to kid's shoes and when they put their feet down while bike riding or skateboarding, and watch sparks fly. Put together well and is very fun.

So this little setup is super easy to install and it is very very sturdy once it's in place. It's a great value because this thing really does throw a ton of sparks with very little effort. It literally functions exactly as you would expect and it makes your rides or walks just that much more fun. I used these throughout Halloween to add a little bit of flair to my costume and it absolutely did exactly what I wanted. I have now ordered three more sets of these because you never know when the ability to throw Sparks will come in handy

Got these for my husband and son, who both skateboard.On the first push, the flint fell out of my husband's and one of the straps broke on my son's.On the second push, my husband put the flint back in, and it promptly fell out again before the metal disk also broke loose from the straps.My son was trying to fix the strap on his, and the flint piece fell out and vanished somewhere into the sidewalk, never to return.Do not waste your money.

These work as described, they give off quite a good amount of sparks that are easily seen in dusk. They fit on your shoe like a standard ice cleat, and only occasionally pop off with two aggressive of pushing. I am concerned, which is why I took off one star, that the metal will tear up his deck. We decided to only put one on at a time to save the deck grip.
