This fireproof electric scooter/e-bike battery bag (16x6x4in) is a great way to add an extra layer of safety when charging or storing your battery. With the risk of battery failures and fires, having a bag like this can provide peace of mind. If you’ve ever seen a video of an e-bike battery catching fire, you’ll appreciate the heat-resistant materials used in this bag.Pros:✅ Fire Protection – Designed to contain high temperatures in case of battery failure.✅ Good Fit – Holds my e-bike battery securely with enough room for easy access.✅ Portable & Convenient – Makes carrying and storing the battery much easier.✅ Some Weather Protection – While not fully waterproof, it helps protect against dust, light rain, and general exposure to the elements.Cons:⚠️ Not 100% Waterproof – It provides some weather resistance but won’t fully protect against heavy rain. So be aware.⚠️ Limited Ventilation – Like most fireproof bags, it may trap some heat inside, so monitor battery temperature during charging. Still best to charge in a safe outdoor area.Final Thoughts:This fireproof battery bag is a smart investment for anyone storing or charging e-bike or scooter batteries indoors. While it won’t stop a fire from happening, it can help contain flames and heat, reducing the risk of damage. It also makes carrying your battery more convenient while offering basic weather protection.

I bought this bag to attach to my E-bike to carry an extra battery. It's advertised as fire resistant (obviously haven't tested that feature) but the bag seems well constructed and has plenty of attachment straps so it can be attached to the bike in a variety of places

I bought this item as a charging station for my new 2024 Trek ebike. With all things possibly going wrong I said “F” it and buy it for peace of mind and now that I have it I do feel safer that I own one when i need to charge the item. But this would have got a 5 out of 5 except the hole on the side to put your outlet hole in, is too small and you have to unzip the side of the bag. Its not a deal breaker but, the next version they make should have a larger hole so this functions properly versus unzipping the bag.See the manufacturer would not know that the side that needs to go in the bag is permanently fixed, so, hopefully they get this right the next time around. But the FLASLD bag is very good, the straps on the side look decent enough. I would say if you want a small battery protector. Get the bag, it’s a good one.

Had a battery from another PEV that I'm using for a custom E bike build. The dimensions of this bag is perfect, but wish there were two straps on the wire cutout end instead of one. Still a quality product.

it fits a hailong 48v/20ah batterymade out of a sturdy fabric/material.for a future design maybe place the zipper on the right side or just add a pocket for the charging port.most batteries have the charging port on the right side.if the battery is being removed from the bike(for charging) every time..at some point the cable connection will get damaged.

This battery bag is going to work out well for my ebike conversion project I am working on. One minor detail is that I wish the straps could be wrapped around more than once in the tubes. I can tuck them underneath, but it kind of leaves something that doesn't look as neat as I would like. I will have to clean that up once I figure out the final location. On this one, I decided to place another crossbar in order to get the bag on the lowest part of the frame.
