Since my last compressor clutch came from the junkyard, only lasted a month, and was the only one that was still good from 8 vehicles out there, I needed a new part this time. Of course, the local parts stores only sell whole compressors for this vehicle and RockAuto only had a Mopar clutch for $200, this was an obvious choice. It fits good and works as it should.

Installed in less than 15 minutes. Make sure you have a pair of angled snap ring pliers to make removing and installing the snap ring easier. I had to pound the electromagnetic coil onto the compressor, but the rest was easy. I will update this review with an edit if this kit fails within the year.

I would recommend removing the compressor to install or at least have the proper pullers and installers to avoid damaging the compressor. the new one had a tighter fit which made the job take significantly longer without an installer but it is possible and works great. had to use a shim off the old clutch as even with all the ones supplied by the new one the gap was too close for spec

Got this kit for my 06 Jeep liberty 3.7 renegade, tested pressure sensors and connector to compressor and checked refrigerant pressures and all was good so went with this kit as a cheaper option rather than replacing entire compressor. A bit awkward to press on new pulley and magnet engager but rubber mallet did the trick after a while. Would recommend highly over paying 200 bucks for a compressor and ac suck down and recharge.

Product is trash. Installed and worked for 45 days. Then disintegrated. See pictures. Can’t get ahold of sellers. Will not replace so, I’ll never do business with this seller again.
