I cleaned the grill very good first rain strips started falling off email got a hold of support of supplier email they never bothered to reply so I stopped email's junk don't buy

What I received was a few rubber strips I did not know what to do with. The picture is misleading. When I called, I was told to return them and I would get a refund.I returned the strips over a month ago. As of yet I have not gotten a refund.
