After going to three big box hardware stores to look for this product without success, Amazon had it! Best of all, it was shipped overnight. The price was lower than similar faucet cartridges at the big box stores, and it was a perfect fit.

I changed both hot and cold water cartridges on my sync with 3 months apart. The first one to completely fail was the hot water cartridge. I needed to fix it within the same day so I went to local HomeDepot and purchased a fitting cartridge for something like $25. And I barely found a matching one so I was happy to purchase it even for that price. When the cold water cartridge started failing I had chance to wait a little. So I ordered this product from Amazon for about $12, which is twice cheaper than the one I got at HomeDepot. I was afraid that it wouldn't match because I didn't have a chance to physically compare it. Nevertheless it matched perfectly and I replaced very quickly. This is a very good product.

Used this cartridge to fix leaking Price Philtre faucet. Always change both Cartridges, I thought it was cold water leaking, changed it and still had a leak. Changed the hot one as well no more leaks.

I didn't have my hope up due to conflicting information on the internet on which cartridge to get. Even the youtube video on how to reverse the catridge from the hot to the cold water side gave different information on which faucets it covered than then link on pfisters own website stated. I still have the manual that came with the faucet and it took 3 days of digging to make my decision.My faucet is a phister H35, the H35 and the 835 used the same cartridge on the hot side, (910-691 LTH). The cold water side on the 385 used a (910-681 RTH) which shuts off in the reverse direction.Both have been replaced by the (910-900) which easy to change to the reverse direction.To make a long story short, I bought it,installed it,quick easy,no leaks,and works perfect.If someone knows I have the 835 instead,please add to this. The manual has both listed and not 100 percet sure. LolBoth of my handles turn the same direction.This is a great product at a low price which ever one you have.Thanks.

Had a dripping hot water faucet, so bought two of these cartridges to get the entire fixture up to snuff. Unfortunately, one of the replacements also dripped! Intermittently, and less over time, but still an occasional drip. Not sure if the cartridge will get a better 'seal' or 'seat' over time - I don't see how that would happen, unless there's a burr or detritus left from the manufacturing process in there that's working smooth .... 5 star worthy otherwise, especially at the price difference over the OEM replacement.
