This makes a great base for a picnic blanket outside. It's also nice if you have one of those plastic kid fences, as this can be the base if you want to keep your baby out of the dirt and grass. It's also quite useful in a kids play room, as it can help to provide a little bit of bonk cushion, while at the same time protecting the carpet or floor under the mat. It also seems to be pretty water resistant, so spills set on the surface for a while giving you time to wipe them up before they spill of the edge. I don't think I've seen any moisture soak in at all, so the description claim of it being waterproof is probably legit. If it's as waterproof as I think it is, you could even forget it outside, and just hose it off later.

For the positive: My kids loved this set upon viewing it. Great idea for young kids.Problems: First problem, it came with no directions at all for set up. Once set up the car barely worked and the piece were all over. Finally, by day two the car wouldn’t turn off and my husband had to break it to get it to stop making noise. It was awful. We threw it out on day two.

This very well may be cute when put together, but it arrives in a big box with so many parts. There’s no organization or way to keep the pieces together. My overly excited toddler knocked it over and pieces rained down our steps and sprinkled all over the floor. You can guess, I was less than pleased. Not his fault, but it wouldn’t have been such a mess if the toy was organized and packaged better.

Amazing, detailed train set with TONS of accessories and track pieces. Features a mat, lots of tracks, multiple stations/stops, and many lights and little products to put around. Very large in scale once you have it all out. Do keep in mine that this is pretty impossible to get back in the box once you open it because it is so crammed with stuff. I do also wish the box had nicer graphic design because the actual product is so much cooler than it looks based on the packaging. One other downside is that it only come with 1 car. You will need to install the batteries yourself. I'll be on the hunt for additional cars if the seller is going post those separately for purchase as a supplement. Otherwise, this is super fun. In my picture, it only includes some of the pieces. I still had tons of track and accessories in the box. Really a robust set and great gift for a child! Watch young children as there are some smaller pieces.

This is such a cute train set! It includes places like the cake shop, cabin, supermarket, and playground. And it also has mini shopping carts and electric track cars and over 200 peices with a mat to put them all on to emerse you and your child in a world full of trains and your imagination!The quality of this toy is good! It's made with food thick plastic and all the graphics are cute and age appropriate. Some of the items make noises and sounds and they are just adorable! You will need batteries for this item also.I got this as a Christmas present for my autistic son for Christmas, he's a huge train fan, and he's going to geek when he opens this ! I can't wait to play with this with him! This is a great gift idea!

Für unsere Enkelkinder haben wir das Kinder-Eisenbahn-Set von „FISCA“ geordert. Diese 140 x 140cm Spielfläche ist zwar recht groß jedoch dünner als erwartet. Da diese im Karton gefaltet war sind Knickstellen deutlich zu erkennen. Dagegen hilft ein Dampfglätter. Das 200teilige Zubehör ist aus Plastik, anbei auch 2 kleine Figuren, eine Bahn (Batterien werden benötigt) und zwei Bögen Aufkleber. Da hat man anfangs etwas zu tun, um die Aufkleber an Ort und Stelle zu bringen. Neben den Schienen, die sich individuell verlegen lassen, ist das Spielfeld noch mit einem Wohnhaus, einem Spielplatz, einem Supermarkt und einer Bäckerei zu bestücken. Viele weitere Zubehörteile sind teilweise richtig klein, daher ist das Spielset nicht für Kids unter drei Jahren geeignet. Alle diese Teile bestehen aus Plastik und machen so weit einen guten Eindruck. Das komplette Set ist farbenfroh und sehr schön gestaltet. Aufgrund der doch labbrigen Spielmatte und da alles andere aus Plastik besteht kann ich aber leider nur 3 Sterne vergeben, auch wenn die Kids ihren Spaß damit haben.
