Not sturdy enough to support the bag. Flies around on the mount, made me feel like it was going to fall off the wall.

The unit itself is good and sturdy. Well built. If it is installed well, it is hard to imagine that it would break. The one design issue is with the knobs though. I find it difficult to hold both knobs pulled out while turning the bag with my third hand. One easy workaround is just to remove one know, pull the other one out while swinging the bag, and then reinsert the knob. It's a little clunky, but it works. If I could figure out how to get both knobs to stay out while swinging the bag that would also solve the problem. Anyhow, it is a small complaint and overall I have to say it provides plenty of room to work the bag, and then tucks away when I want to park the car. I would recommend it.

I purchased this directly from Title after reading it can be easily applied to wall studs. I even asked a question here on Amazon if it needed additional wood to secure the mount and was told it did not. Well that’s not true. I installed the mount directly to the wood studs, and tried to hang the bag. The mount immediately started to bend and does not look sturdy at all. I took the bag down. This is overpriced and not worth it considering it needs the additional reinforcement that the less expensive mounts need. Waste of money and time
