Your cart is empty.The Circle Cutter Set consists of the optional Guide Rail Base Adapter and Circle Cutter for the Carvex jigsaw. This base can be used to adapt your Carvex jigsaw to a Festool guide rail to get extremely straight cuts. When used with the Carvex, it can be attached to a guide rail to cut in either direction. The circle cutter for the Carvex jigsaws can be used to cut a circles up to nearly ten feet in diameter. Works with all Festool Carvex jigsaw models.

I love festool products. I own and use many. This is the only festool product i have ever returned. Poor and flimsy design. Look forward to a redesign at some point that can work with my carvex. Until then, I will use my router and circle jig.

I always expect exceptional performance from Festool and I was even more pleased than expected; wish I would have purchased the whole set at once and saved a few dollars.

I had a devil of a time cutting a 4' circle out of edge-joined 5/4 pine boards with this. The flexible steel trammel would occasionally kink, pulling my blade off the radius. I tried to compensate by exerting more force away from the center point and hopefully ensuring that the flexible steel would stay rigid enough to complete the cut. No luck- the 'tool free' joint between the foot and trammel are none too snug and easily separated. All in all this is far from the miraculous accessory it was advertised to be and frankly a fairly expensive headache. I wound up using a shopmade trammel and a plunge router and the results were perfect.

Festoo has always provided items of excellent quality. This piece is not one of them, The fitting to insert to the base of the jigsaw cutter is simply of the worst plastic quality and disengages quickly. It is really a shame.

Love this thing, but it doesn't allow for dust collection. You can really make perfectly square and nearly tear out free circular cuts with the jigsaw and this device. Wish I had it years ago.
