Bought as a Christmas present for my husband who is an avid gamer (4+ hours a day). We mainly wanted a chair with excellent lumbar support and this chair provides it. The color and design are sleek and the chair is overall very comfortable. The foot rest is an added bonus too. I saw reviews that mentioned not receiving all the necessary parts for assembly, but we did not have that experience. There was one part when we were assembling the chair that was a struggle, but with some muscle we were able to get it put together. The wheels could be a bit better - we sometimes have difficulty rolling it across our rug but I think that has more to do with our rug, not the chair. With daily use, this chair is still just as comfortable and sturdy as it was day one. Definitely a great purchase if you have an avid gamer in your life!

Super easy to put together, all the bolts were in place so no search for which ones go where. Instructions were in picture and word mode so super simple and easy. Once all together it’s extremely comfortable and easy to function.

We bought this chair for my son Christmas gift. The chair quality is good, the assembly was not difficult and the comfort level is great. My son loves the massage accessory. The only thing that my son has difficult is reclining the chair, it is hard but my son is also on the smaller size. He loves the chairs!

Ordered this chair to replace my old one and was really looking forward to it. As I got it together the support bar and the adjustment plate do not line up as you can see in the pictures. I sent these to the seller and they said that it was installed wrong. I'm 100% sure it's not seeing as if I "flip" it I will not be able to use the adjustment levers and the mounting screws are not long enough. I am still waiting for a response from the seller on this issue.The chair looks nice and seems like it will work great for what I need it for.The customer support so far has been shoddy. I understand that there are people that can and will install things wrong.Edit: After waiting around 2 weeks the part arrived and the chair is now functional. After the initial breaking in of the chair it is moderately comfy and is holding up well.
