Easy to install
- DIRECT REPLACEMENT AND INSTALL - Open the rear hatch of the car or open the rear cushion, then
- remove the fuel pipe and return pipe, unplug the electric gasoline pump harness connector, unscrew the
- fixing screw, take out the fuel pump assembly, remove the connecting wire between the electric gasoline
- pump and the bracket, Pull out the electric gasoline pump from the bracket, remove the rubber cushion,
- remove the buckle, and pull out the filter.Then you can install a new fuel pump

Had pump installed last week but only worked a couple of times, I ordered a new pump from Chrysler company and it is being installed tomorrow. Hope to send the other back to Amazon for a refund.

Understanding that some mechanical items sometimes do not work, even if bought in person @ a brick & mortar store, and knowing that mechanical items fail, even right out of the box (brand new as well as remanufactured), I have a problem with this fuel pump. It's for a vehicle that we rely on, and can't 'down' the vehicle again, waiting for the return to Amazon, then re-delivery of the part.3 days before the return window closed, the fuel pump stopped sending signal to the gas gauge, the car would not start every time.The failure of the fuel pump is not the responsibility of the store owner, Amazon nor the shipper. I am only reviewing the part as is, and making suggestion to the store owner or Amazon should make choices on a case-by-case basis.This review is also sending out a 'buyer beware' to keep an eye on the time limit on returns, should they be necessary.

I bought this for my 2009 Chevy Tahoe 5.3L engine. It fits! But it! I was skeptical I read the reviews but wasn’t clear about it fitting, my husband was asking me all these questions so I hesitated on buying it🙄 but I’m glad I got it 🤣 he said well I hope it fits, I said the price fits my pocket. The part store wanted over $200.
