Your cart is empty. The E series HD dual lock pack is a faster, easier, and better way to securely lock both the ball holder to the drop bar and the drop bar in the receiver.
The new HD Dual Lock Pack is specially designed for the FLASH E series HD ball mount. The lock is a barrel style lock, making it nearly impossible to pick or drill, keeping your E series HD ball mount secure. The locks fit both 2” and 2 ½" receivers, includes a dust cap to keep the weather out, and is made out of hardened steel, making it the toughest lock around.

Used this for my aluminum hitch for 1 winter. Loved it at the beginning for security purposes but the rubber cap over the lock gets loose. More importantly, as I live in NY and tow a snowmobile trailer, corrosive salt water gets in behind the lock where there is no rubber seal and makes the lock useless. I can’t get it off. The lock is so corroded inside that the key won’t turn. I soaked 1 of 2 on my hitch in penetrating oil for over a week and it opened. 1 month for the other one but I’ll have to cut it off and replace them. Probably good in fair weather climates but if you live in the salt belt, forget it.

There are many reviews saying these are too short to work. Attached are photos of the actual length these pins span. The 1/2” pin has a total usuable span of 3 7/8”. The 5/8” pin has a total usable span of 3 5/8”. The 5/8” pin has plenty of width to fit my 2 1/2” reciever on my 2019 Ford F250. Order with confidence. The locking system is really robust and instils confidence. There is no way to accidently leave it unlocked.

I went ahead and ordered this for my 2.5 flash series hitch regardless of the reviews saying the pin for the ball was too short... My thought was worse case scenario I'd just grind the head down to fit... However I just installed it a few moments ago, and it fit perfectly, and it has a little extra room... So they've listened, and fixed the issue... Pics attached... Happy customer...
