The description says these are 8 inches but they are 6 inches and very thin. I thought they would be more like the bamboo skewers I buy at the grocery or dollar store but they are not. These may work well for an indoor grill or air fryer but I don’t see them holding up well for kabobs on the outdoor bbq.

Only after a few minutes on my Spiedini bbq the skewers burnt through and this is after soaking them in water for 45 minutes. They’re still useable but only when on a bbq grate.
