Lasted 6 months, then the water leaked out the bottom and burned out the heating element. Cold water stopped dispensing. Don't have the packaging to return. Not worth the money at all.

Have had for a few months now and I will say we go thru alot of water and this thing pumps out like a champ! Hot water not quite boiling hot but good enough to simmer some tea and cold water comes out crisp and refreshing!

I guess it was alright for about the 15 months. But one thing that really needs to be pointed out besides the fact it stopped working. Is that the reservoir is so small that you can get 1.5 drinks of either hot or cold water and that’s it. You have to wait for the machine to make another about 1.5 cups of water. Not a good product. You want the real cooler.

Didn't want a full size version and this Farberware water cooler was just the right size. Water isn't super cold but it is cooler than room temp which is perfect for me. Hot water is very hot. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

This water cooler was a piece of junk. I unfortunately do not have box to return it. Actually not even worth the trouble to return. Water never got cold and now it just keeps running and running. Finally unplugged it and put it out of its misery . You get what you pay for!!!! Don’t pay for this one
