For those that use these you know how important it is that it actually cleans well and has a long enough handle. This one does both. I use only this kind and I've tried them all.

I figured out the wiping tool. Was pretty simple and does what it's supposed to do. But I cannot figure out this bath "brush". What brush? It's a plastic frame with a mesh bag! Their customer service was useless. Instead of explaining this, they told me how to use the other tool. Twice!

It does not hold the toilet paper very well if you use more than 2-4 sheets. It does not release like shown in the videos. I have had to remove the paper by hand every time. Which one should not have to do.

I recently broke 2 ribs and was having troubles being able to reach back far enough to clean. So I got this and honestly other then not really knowing where to “hide it” so it’s out of sight, I’m glad they offered something like this and that it actually works. The only thing that could make it better is to offer a tray or something like a toilet brush or plunger goes into so it’s hidden.

Zuerst fand ich ihn unmöglich, als jedoch mein Knie nicht mehr so beweglich war.......äußerst praktisch gerade wegen der Lange. Auch hält das Papier in der Aussparung sehr gut. Dadurch das es ein Teil ist kein Verschleiß an den Knickteilen. Der durchsichtige Plastikbeutel zur Aufbewahrung gefällt mir nicht.....es wäre schöner wenn er undurchsichtig wäre. Für den häuslichen Gebrauch prima. Für unterwegs ........ein bischen zu groß. Aber da hab ich einen zweiten in einer Schatulle.

I have had other brands of these items break or otherwise wear out very quickly. One had the push tip to release the paper break within a week, then the grip tip that holds the paper began stretching and tearing. Another had the covering of the handle begin ripping and tearing after about 3 months. Another had the same problem but to save money, continued use. Another couple months after, the hard plastic began to crack. Another two weeks after, the hard plastic literally began to break.Right off the bat, examining this brand, it simply feels sturdier, and secure. Even the push tip to release the tissue feels stronger. And the slight padding (and it is very slight) and contour is enough to make it easier to use, and less awkward than another brand that looked quite similar. (Also, the included compressed paper towels are amazing!)I will definitely continue to look to Fanwer for my mobility assistance aides.

So I have 2 of these. The first thing you should understand is you get what you pay for. Meaning you only paid so much for the item its not gonna be the worlds greatest product. That being said the only issue I have with it is the ejection process. This thing is apparently spring based for its ejection after use and the 1st week I got the first one the spring ejected the button you have to use tfor the ejection. All in all not the worst issue it just take a bit of hard shakinf and the top comes right off. Dont expect miracles because they wont happen. This thing does the inglorious job that it is tasked with and it does it fairly well. I would say that I would buy it again if needs be.

I ordered the Fanwer long reach because I will be having back surgery next week & I won't be able to bend or twist, even a little, for a few weeks.I'm so glad I ordered & received it before my surgery date because there is DEFINITELY a learning curve. Its awkward to use the first few times but it does get easier. The wipes that came with it were excellent quality & don't fall apart! I highly recommend this if you have issues with your back.It's a well made product & it is going to be a lifesaver for me as I will get to keep some independence during my recovery (not needing to ask my husband for assistance 😉)

Excellent delivery time. Discreetly boxed. Product looks very sturdy, and definitely has longer reach. I have used other brands, some more expensive than this one and they not as long, or as sturdy. Plus all the free disposalble flushable washlets. Very impressed so far. Useful hook for easier storage, I personally won't use it as it's a communal bathroom.

This product is the pits! The “easy release” trigger simply doesn’t release the soiled toilet paper into the bowl as promised. The TP ends up remaining stuck in the crevice that you tuck it into, which forces you to have to delicately remove the TP manually. I bought this to use following major back surgery three weeks ago and after more failed than successful use, I ended up throwing it in the trash bin today. It is total rubbish! I now need an effective replacement!
