Everything about this floor to ceiling bag is great! Much easier on users than a hanging heavy bag. It takes A LOAD OF STUFFING to fill one of these bad boys. But it is truly worth the effort!

I ordered the 7 foot pole bag and it seems that they delivered the HB6 banana bag.I have one pole bag already and this one is significantly smaller. I was expecting one with the hole through the middle and a 2 ft diameter. this one is much smaller.

Took alot of time to stuff it.. over 200 in rubber mulch but thei bag is the thickest you will ever see. I wanted my man to have a bag 3 times bigger than him and this was it! I think it weighs of 350 pounds after filled and is over 7 feet tall. Is perfevt for training kicks, drills. This is the bag of dreams!

This "pole" bag will not go around a pole unless that pole can be unsecured. It is false advertising as far as I'm concerned because the vast majority of poles anyone would want to use, are secured. I'm not disconnecting my house from the support pole in the basement just to install this trash because the manufacturer couldn't be bothered to make it wrap around. Ray Hanas has actual pole bags.

Great bag but a beast to fill. Used denim insulation and about 150 lbs of sand that I put in gallon ziplock freezer bags and duck taped. Also used painter rags to fill in holes. Sure wish it came pre-filled so it would look better but that said it's great. I didn't use it around a pole so it's tricky to fill and not get the pole clothe piece buried (need it loose to actually zip it closed. Very happy with it though. Had students throwing full force on it and it pretty much stays put.

This is a great bag, very strong.I read how people were filling it with old clothes or sand etc.I purchesed a roll of rubber carpet mat that slipped right into the bag and was soft enough not to be uncomfortable but sturdy enough to feel good when kicked or punched. Just my two cents.

A heavy bag is not for all training, but as with deadlifting in the weightroom, there is no good substitute for having something REALLY heavy and massive to punch and kick.Buying the bag unfilled is awesome way to PACK three or four hundred pounds of used clothing [from your closet, from your family/friends' closets] into a singularly useful training appliance! The more that you punch and kick, the more material that you add to top and weight down to add to the pack.Get some heavy beams to hang it from ... or do it the oldskool way and mount the bag on a post ... great either way.
