Nice heavy duty stool for my grandson. He's 15 months and I have it on the highest setting and it's perfect for our countertops. I like the safety part in the back to assure he won't fall out, and as much as he leans over it will not tip it's very sturdy in the wood is really good quality and easy to put together.

I haven’t begun assembling it yet, but the moment I opened up the package it appears to have been a used then returned stool? There’s this swirling mark on one panel as shown in the photos I took and on the other one there’s light scratches and some marks. Which is extremely bothersome for me because when I pay for something, I expect it to be NEW AND UNUSED! It’s also over $80 with taxes. This is unacceptable.Having to go through the hassle of putting all the pieces back in a box, taping it up and going to UPS to return it is such a hassle. I’m still contemplating to return it or just deal with it because it’s already here and it’ll most likely get scuffed up anyways? But the whole principle of paying for any item is expecting it to be new and unused unless I opted to pay less for a used item, which I didn’t do.I wanted a new and unused piece.

Durable, the non slip stickers are just that, non slip. It doesn’t not budge. I love that it comes with the extra bar for safety. My 1 year old loves being able to see what mommy or daddy’s doing and helping out in the kitchen. Perfect for a curious/adventurous toddler

It’s nice and heavy, so I don’t worry about my son falling over while in it. However, it does not come with anti-skid tape or markings on the step and landing and it absolutely needs it, so I bought that separately. Also, the top bar isn’t in the greatest place- so my son tries to climb over it and not under it when he’s getting inside. Not awesome, but I’m hoping he’ll grow into it. It was easy enough to assemble, took maybe a half hour. Pieces are heavier than expected.

We ordered a tower for my child and it had fiberglass in the box but the company reached out to us and replaced it with a new one. They also said they will be careful and inspect their products more carefully. It’s a great toddler tower very sturdy, easy assembly and I’d definitely recommend if you have a clingy little one!

This seems like such a good product. It is sturdy and was easy to put together, however my package was missing a screw to the top safety bar, and did not have the non-slip foot pads. There is no customer service for this product and my only option is to take it apart, and return it for a replacementEDIT: I was contacted by customer service and offered several satisfactory options to remedy the issue. My daughter loves this learning tower and I would recommend it.
