The claim is that it has full rotation in the mount. No it does not appear to be true. I can get it to go from one postiion to 180 degrees but not in between. So it looks like left, right, but not in the middle. Or front, back not left or right. It does not have directions of how to put the anchor rode into the contraption. It includes 4 bolts not any nuts. The bolts are metric. So I would have to find 4 metric nuts. Will it work? yes. I am thinking I may not keep it.
