Works perfectly with my Omron BP tester. The cuff is plenty big and holds well under inflation. My arms are too big for a standard cuff. I like the green tab on the cuff that indicates clearly where to place the cuff.

DOES NOT DEFLATE AFTER USE and I rarely get a reading ( constant errors ).. the cuff that came with my pump works just fine, I bought this to have a bigger size cuff

The adapters didn't fit our monitor, but we were able to pull off the connector from our unit and plug it into the hose on this cuff. The cuff seems to reflect my actual BP fairly close to what the doctor found at my last appointment. My only issue is that it makes a popping noise as it fills up the cuff with air. I've tried unwrapping it several times, but it still does it. Anyway, hoping it lasts as long as my last one did. Good luck!

I found 2 blood pressure machines at a garage sale for $2 one had a cuff the other did not. I purchased this XL cuff for my partner for the machine without the cuff and it fits him well. He is a bigger guy with broad arms so the fit for a man is great. I do recommend. The Machine we have is a omron and the cuff also comes with other valves to make sure it fits properly to the machine.
