Unfortunately upon arrival the insulating layer inside was shattered. I work in an office with kiddos, and so unfortunately I will not be ordering again. I am worried about it getting knocked over and shattering again if I were to get a replacement.

This coffee carafe has a sleek design and is surprisingly lightweight, even when full. It keeps drinks hot for hours and does a good job with cold beverages too. It was almost perfect.We didn't think about the weight of it when it was full.We thought it'd be nice to have large pot to hold 10-12 cups of coffee, but unlike one of those pump style large pots, you have to actually lift this up to pour the contents.As I said, it didn't occurred to think, but it will be heavy.The good thing is it does hold the temperature pretty well.
