Works really well for our car charging cable! Our cable is quite long and there's a huge length of cable that 99% of the time we have no need for. I previously had this coiled up neatly on the ground, but with this wall hook it is even neater and we regained the floor space.

Handy tool to keep charging cables well organized. Nothing fancy but strong and sturdy. Make sure you use the appropriate screws and find a stud to determine location to install. Holds long length of charging cables wound up.

I was looking for a nice sturdy garage hook. I wanted something I could use for my EV charger as well as other extension cords, etc. This one works great! It comes with 4 screws and plastic anchors in case you cannot use a stud. In my case, I had a stud on corner, which allowed me to just screw it in.

This type of hook is common. It's not just for EV cables, but it should certainly work well for that purpose. It's a solid tool hook! It's similar to other tool hooks I have used in the past.If you have a use for multiple hooks for various other tools (grass trimmer, edger, etc.) you might find a better deal buying a larger pack of hooks under the term "Heavy Duty Garage Hooks".Also, if you don't have a good place to attach the charging handle of your EV cable, you might consider looking at an "EV Charger Holder" for the type of charger you have (SAE J1772 vs NACS etc.) so you also have a place to insert the charging end for easy access instead of having it just hang loose. I ultimately decided to go this route.If you just need a single hook for your cable and don't want somewhere to mount the handle, well grab one of these! Seems sturdy.

It's simple but it works. Sturdy metal hook with rubber sleeves on the hooks which protect what you're hanging and also provide some friction so whatever is hanging doesn't move around. It comes with 4 screws and pretty good drywall anchors. 2 is probably enough for most applications, but you get 4 in case you have a really heavy duty application.
