My normal ring size is 5.5, so did as recommended and sized down and ordered a 5. It was obviosuly going to be snug and the thought was that it should stretch out a bit over time...better than ordering the 6 and it being too larger and falling off my finger with no way to shrink it down. The first couple days it was so tight I had to take it off a few times throughout the day, and wore it halfway down on my larger finger to hopefully try to stretch it more. It's been a few weeks of daily wear that I'm posting this review. It feels much more comfortable than it did when I first put it on. I can wear it all day and night, do the dishes, go for a swim, take a shower, workout -- all without having to take it off. I still take it off once in a while to let my finger breathe, because it is still a little snug, but doesn't feel uncomfortable or like it's choking my finger. I expect it to stretch out and get even more comfy over time with regular use.The quality of the ring is great. It feels like a sturdy silicone that's built to withstand the rugged everyday use doing pretty much whatever lol It als feels quite thick so need to worry about it ripping/tearing. The inside design has grooves, which I think are to help keep some airflow between your skin and the ring, for comfort and to help dry faster after washing hands or if you get sweaty hands when working out. There can get some grime/soap scum looking build-up in the grooves, but just need to take it off and wash it with warm soapy water and it's good as new. Kind of like maintaining the cleanliness on a silicone watch band.The aesthetics of this ring are beautiful. There are also so many creative options because it's silicone and has a larger band with. The cut out design of the penguins is super clear and crisp. You can make out the details even when looking at your hand/ring held out and away from your body. The pearlescent in the light blue is not very visible. Just looks like a frosty light blue with the dark blus accesnt. The inner side of the ring is the same dark blue as the design. I personaly prefer thinner bands and am ok sacrificing a design for something thinner and simpler, but this ring is really fun. It's nice to have a piece to change it up once in a while.Overall, I would recommend this and feel it's worth the price. Have ordered a thinner style from the same brand to try it out ;p

The design is intricate and pretty, and it's comfortable to wear. My ring size is between 4 1/2 & 4 3/4 and the size 5 fits well.

My wife was looking for a silicon ring she could wear when her metal rings could get damaged. When I saw this penguin themed ring we knew it was a winner. She loves penguins.The details of the penguin design is crisp, clear, and without any defect. The color of the background is clearly visible. No mistaking that she loves penguins! The ring fit exactly as expected, she ordered the same size as her metal rings. How long these look great and how the wear is to be determined, but today the penguins put a smile on her face and that puts a smile on my face. I’d get these all over again!

The first time I put it on, it felt as if I was comfortably in a holiday mood. To me it is not only comfortable but it has a perfect fit for my finger as if it is even knítomq for me. If I recall correctly, it would take a lot of days to find a ring that does not cause slight irritation to my finger, but the characteristics of this silicone, ultra-comfortable mold eliminates that problem. This is adapted to give the gift wrapping experience the feeling like wearing a soft piece of cloud, which is great for those marathon gift wrap moments!Another point that really impresses me is how the simple and elegant etching of a ‘marquee’ gives the typical festive feel just right for the theme without going overboard. Wish they had a thin band option.My perspective is from someone who has consistently and comfortably been a size 4, and used to narrow bands. I’ve always wanted a silicon ring because I tinker in the garage, and am active… (and I don’t like to be electrocuted or worry about damaging precious metal). By the photos, it looked like it would be 5mm, 😑 I was mistaken... it is 8mm.The wider bands goes half-way up my knuckle. And while the groove and bulge design makes the inside of the ring both grippy and breathable, it adds to the thickness (2mm), which is standard (now I know), but also something I’m not used to. This is also the first time size 4 felt snug instead of just right - but that might have to do with the width of the band, since the ring covers more of my finger than normal. So if you’re not used to the 2mm thick, 8mm wide accessories, it might take a while for your pinky and middle finger to feel something at the base of the fingers.I do love the color palette (pearlized pastels and darker inner “lining”). I ordered the size 4, so it may have to do with the scale, but the green ring’s etching is a lot darker/pronounced than advertised.It’s still a keeper for me because it’s durable and breathability is great. I don’t get pruny after doing the dishes, I don’t scratch things or snag things (like pet fur or sweaters). I also don’t have to worry about smashing/damaging it when I’m lifting weights or heavy objects in the garage.
