Fits good with a 2.25” lift. Inexpensive but seem to work well.

Saw on a FB page these would work on the front of a lifted 5th gen.Turns out if you offroad like I do, they will rip out and be useless

The quality looks good , I did a 3 inch lift kit and I’ve decided to upgrade my bump stops as well . Started with the front bump stops , and I love it . Easy install and fits on my 2010 FJ cruiser , took less than 15 mins with the right set of tools . Let’s see how it holds up but with the price and quality , I would definitely buy again .

These "Energy" polyurethane bump-stops provide a less-jarring experience than OEM stops.I feel much less shock when my 5th gen 4Runner front suspension goes into full compression.These items are actually designed for the rear suspension of a 4th gen 4Runner.On a lifted 5th gen 4Runner, they can be used as-is on the front suspension.But, for my OEM height front suspension, they are slightly too tall.I had to modify the pair of bump-stops.I took a utility knife and trimmed-off a uniform 7 mm from all around the small end of the stop (the end that strikes the control arm).If you do not trim the bump-stop on a stock height rig, it may always be in contact with the control arm, and you will feel increased vibrations through the steering wheel.Although my previously installed Bilstein shocks fixed most of the on-road brake-dive behavior common to stock 4Runners, these bump stops also helped remove a small amount of brake-dive.Overall, my 4Runners ride quality has improved both on and off road.

Decided to upgrade my front bump stops when I redid my suspension and should have done this sooner. These do fit the 2018 4runner in the front. I don’t have any comparisons except against stock but these feel much smoother and softer on big hits and around town. They do engage sooner since they are taller than stock. I cant speak of durability yet but I will update if I see any issues. The best part is they cost significantly less than other options on the market. So if you have a stock or slightly lifted 4runner these are a must buy.
