These body mounts fit and work great compared to the old ones. No hardware is included, but here's the part nunber for replacement bolts, GM Mount Cushion 11516868Be very careful taking the old bolts and mounts out because you cab very easily strip out the cage nut in frame then you'd have to drill holes in your floor boards to replace it and it's a nightmare. I'd high recommend spraying your cab mount bolts with BP Blaster for a few days in a row before replacing the cab mounts. Loosen all 6 mounts up and do one side of the truck at a time then tighten them all upOwners manual says 50 FT Ibs torque spec on the 4 cab bolts, 35 FT Ibs for the radiator core support bolts.Lastly you can see the difference of what the old rubber cab mount looks like compared to the new one.

Works great on most GM stuff. I used them on a 2005 Astro Van and when it was wrecked by some lady pulling out in front of me I moved them onto a 69 short bed. Side note- Allstate insurance sucks. They paid me half of what my vehicle was worth when their customer hit me. In short- energy suspension rocks. Allstate sucks donkey balls

Great product, excellent upgrade from stock. Would highly recommend to anyone replacing old and worn out body mounts. Worked great on my '87 chevy 1/2 ton.

I purchased this item because it showed the complete mounting set which includes if you look at the picture -- the bolts, washers, retainers as well as the cab mounts. When I received the order the only thing included in the order was the cab mounts --no bolts, washers or retainers. I talked to a representative from Amazon and he also thought that they should be included and reordered the item for me and we again received only the cab mounts. I cancelled the order and reordered the item from another company. How disappointing. So if you just want the cab mounts this item is fine. The listing should be corrected immediately.
