I installed toe kick and under cabinet lighting and this driver works and fits in behind our trash cabinet nicely.

I really wanted to like this driver, however, it gets much hotter than other drivers of the same brand (the non-dimmable waterproof driver and the dimmable waterproof hardware power driver).The other odd thing about this driver is the way the LEDs light up when power comes on. This is being picky and you'll have to watch carefully, but I thought I'd mention it: while the LEDs come on almost instantly (faster than with the two other drivers mentioned above), they dim very briefly for a split second shortly after coming on, and only then stay fully illuminated.

Used for 3 24v DC LED light strips under counter that are less than 2’ each and run at 1.4w per foot. Which this drive should be way more than enough wattage. This was hard wired to a Lutron dimming plug controlled by pico device. Nothing got hot and eventually just died and stopped putting out power.

I used this to replace another driver that failed after 4 months. This unit is slim but seems solid. It has a wider range of dim before flicker as well.
