Mejora al Celestion Seventy 80 que traía mi amplificador de fábrica, se nota un sonido más limpio con un pico notorio en los medios-altos que lo hacen bastante más brillante que el altavoz sustituido. Lo veo perfecto para amplificadores y pantallas 1x12 porque da mucha definición al sonido del amplificador.Buena alternativa a los repetitivos V30 y buen carácter.

Very very pleased with this Cannabis Rex speaker. It has an amazing overall tone making the amp very versatile and capable of capturing a number of different genres. I upgraded my Monoprice Stage Right 15 watt tube amp with the Cannabis Rex and it sounds amazing to my ears.

I bought the speaker to replace a broken speaker that was in a broken down old fender solid stadium amp. Great for all warm genres of music. I have several different types of guitars and I'm able to use this cabinet for all of them without any major changes to the tone stack. Best of all it took less than a week for the speaker to break in. If you like bright sparkly highs this isn't the speaker for you. But if you're looking to warm the brights on a strat it's great.

I put this in a Laney Cub 112 Cab, excellent upgrade! I got it for Blues guitar and my electric cello but it's going to work well for any genre. I was impressed with the warm, smooth tone, I'll use it alone or paired with my Jensen Electric Lightning.

I hate the sound of peavey blue marvel speakers when they're cranked up high. I got this speaker hoping it would hold together better when pushed. It does exactly that. It has a character a bit like a celestion vintage 30 with an awesome mid punch and a clear bottom end, just louder than the v30. I run mine in a peavey classic 30 with a vintage 30 extension cabinet and I have a classic 50 with a pair of greenbacks... the cannabis rex is my favorite so far. It's super loud and stays really clear.

This speaker makes recording guitar astoundingly easy. This is my first Eminence speaker, and WOW, I will NEVER go back to the erratic, harsh V30 or any Celestion speaker ever again. And no, the Cannabis Rex is not dark or mellow, it is flat (EQ-wise in a good way) with a hint of well-balanced chew.

This is a crisp and responsive speaker. It breaks in very quickly for a hemp cone. I put it in a Gibson Ga15 and it sounds very good both clean and overdriven. It has less headroom than the Pete Anderson Hempdog I put in another amp but the breakup is incremental.

I bought this speaker about a year ago, and now that it's opened up I can say it sounds great. I bought it to breathe some new life into an old Crate Palomino V16, along with new tubes, and it has really delivered. Smooth sound, but can get gritty when you want it to. I've seen the sound described as "smoky", but I hear "throaty" when I play through it. I was playing with a group a week or so ago, two of the guys have been playing for many years and have only vintage equipment - they both were impressed with the sound of the amp and both asked about the speaker. Highly recommended!!

I bought the Cannabis Rex to replace the stock speaker in my Jet City 2112rc. The amp comes with an Eminence Designed speaker, but it's not great. The treble is harsh and the lows are okay. After putting this in and taking it to rehearsal, it's a completely different amp. Not only is it louder (higher decible output) but it's also got a beautiful fuller sound. Highs are crystal clear (not shrill) and lows are full and powerful. It's really well rounded and works especially well with some light dirt and being pushed by my Rat. Excellent speaker replacement for $100. Sometimes it's not your amp or your tubes that suck, it's your speaker. It can make a huge difference to do an upgrade.
