Arrived quickly, packaged well, and easy to set up. Not sure if I agree with the stated capacity, but I suspected that might be the case. Have only had it for 24 hours, but seems to be a quality unit. Got to desired temperature and humidity levels within a few hours, and I've started moving my collection over. I did have to reach out to Customer Service, who was very responsive and attentive. I'll update if anything changes, but thus far seems like a decent value for the money.

So far I just opened it but it looks to be of great build quality. Very nice looking unit and a great size. I will update after I’ve used it for a couple of days. Also customer service has been great

The setup was easy...just plug it in for 2 hours after filling the water tray, make sure the temperature and humidity is set to where you want it, and then put your cigars in for elegant, attractive storage. I occasionally will open it up and smell the aroma. This humidor has worked perfectly for me and is exactly what I was looking for to take care of my fine cigars.

Great humidor! Easy to set up and is ready to stock with cigars within a couple of hours. I really like this model as you can control both temp and humidity. It holds the set temp and humidity very well which I audited with digital hygrometers. It’s quiet and runs smooth. I do wish they used a warm led light instead of blue but it isn’t bad. Great option if you want to “set it and forget it”.

Came very well packed. Set up was very quick and easy. After filling the water drawer, seasoning and loading the shelves, it took about 3-1/2 hours to get it to humidity level. At 4hours it’s 6 degs. below the temp. setting. Both humidity and temperature readings are very close to the digital hygrometers I put inside. Overall have inly had it for about 5hrs., and so far very impressed. The only thing they should’ve put more thought into was the lighting. They should’ve installed L.E.D. strips on inside to illuminate all the shelves, not just the top one. If anything changes I’ll update this review.C.R.

Have only had for couple of weeks but so far auto maintains temp and humidity perfectly. Very quiet, good quality, great storage, and seems to function great.
