Back rollers stooped heating after 3 uses. No light or power from rear controller. Only front heats. Buyer Beware. Very Disappointing. Only 3 uses.

I was very upset with this product, I am actually thinking about returning it. This was supposed to hold 24 hotdogs, it only does 18, not at all like the description

Like the title says I ordered this for the break room at work. We have a large crew and this looks very well built. Putting it together was very simple and took me less then 25 mins with basic tools. The materials used to assemble this cooker feel like restaurant quality. Even the power cord is heavy duty. The directions want you to apply oil to the rollers before using it. The collars moved back easily and appear to be made of silicon. It looks like it will be easy to clean. So far I feel like it’s a quality product for the price.

Normal hotdogs didn't even come close to 24 don't order!!!!!
