I love these types of pan for baking bread! They withstand the high temps very well (the non-stick coating is really non-stick, no parchment paper needed!), and are the perfect size for a small boule. The spring action on the buckle on this is tight and solid, but also easy to open and close.I also make homemade pizzas, quiche, etc - and these pans are so easy to use (and clean), and you can keep your crust in one piece!I am rounding out my collection with this 7-inch pan - just a great overall size for so many things!

This springform pan is a convenient small size for sweet and savory cheesecakes. The clip is smooth and the finish is non-stick. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and very convenient when you just need a small size, like for a certain cake or if you're making layers.

I love this pan. I am not a baker, but I wanted to get a cheescake pan because I found a receipe, and I am so glad I did this pan is wonderful, and easy to clean. I love it

Finally, I can make cheesecake. I mean not that I need to, Im rotund as it is, however its because I WANT to.The pan itself appears to be well made with a non-stick type coating to it (which does confirm to be working since my poor attempt at a cake did not stick to the springform).I can't speak to the non-leak as mine was....thick....so leaking wasn't a concern at any point.It appears to be well made and would make itself at home in any competent baking kitchen

This is a great springform pan, it is nice and deep, well made, and the textured bottom makes it harder for things to get stuck on to it.Not much more to say really, it does what its supposed to, and stays together well when I'm baking.Overall I am quite happy with it.

I made a cheesecake with it for its first use. Everything worked great e.g. nonstick and easy clamp release. Cheesecake came out great. However, after the first use, the clamp didn’t tighten enough leaving the bottom vulnerable to falling out. I am reluctant to use it again for fear it’ll come apart and spill cake batter all over my counter or oven.
