All my kids still come home for Easter. We still have annual easter egg hunt. Now that they are adults we keep them interested by only hiding one egg and putting $50 inside. It can be hid inside their house or anywhere outside and the 10 acres of land. When I saw this egg that had to be open with a maze, I immediately thought of the egg hunt. I thought this would be great way to make the winner work a little harder to get the money. I tried to open it working the maze and it was harder than I thought it would be. It does come with a map to follow if it is needed but I'm sure the winner will get it open. Yes I am known for doing things a little different but I'm also known as the fun grandma. This is the perfect addition to our egg hunt this year.

What a fun toy! My kids are obsessed with everything 3D printed so I thought this was something they might enjoy. It’s a fun take on 3D printing with the maze twist. Both my kids really like it. At first it was a little challenging but after a few tries it is easier to complete and it almost feels like more of a fidget toy. It included instructions in how to complete the maze but I didn’t feel that was needed once you get the hang of it. This would b a fun addition for Easter where you could place a small prize, cash or candy inside.

The quality is impressive, and the craftsmanship is solid, but I did find that the egg is slightly smaller than I anticipated, so it doesn't hold much inside. However, this doesn't detract from the overall charm of the product. It’s a beautiful egg, and I love the puzzle box aspect! The maze does work, but this particular egg that I received at certain angles can slip over the ridges and inadvertently cheat by skipping a bunch of rows. Not sure if it’s just a flaw with the one unit, if this maze isn’t the best, or if the egg pieces aren’t designed tightly enough. I have previously tried another version of this kind of egg puzzle that worked perfectly, so I know it’s possible!

I have 3 kids and wanted to hide cash in here. I about took a hammer to these as it takes forever to open each of them. Yes, that is the goal, but they need to sell them opened.

At first, I was having trouble with it because I didn't see the tiny arrow on the underside of the edge of the egg. After I noticed it, it was much easier. I think it will work fine for kids as young as eight as long as they see the arrow.
