Needed a removable solution for a west facing set of 8 windows in my townhome. Commercial window tint helped but needed more. 113 degree days makes the second floor bedroom uncomfortable. Cooling it down to 68 for restful sleep is expensive. I purchased another sized shade for my front patio and experienced a significant temperature decrease last summer and saved my container plants from burning up. I’m very certain this will achieve the desired result. High quality material, strong anchor points. Great value in my opinion.

We’ve had this shade for about one month and it has been fantastic! We have it on the back side of our houses patio, where we get all afternoon sun. It’s amazing how much cooler our patio is with this shade. We can now sit outside in the Abington the evening with this shade. Our house even feels cooler. I would highly recommend.

We had a similar wind sail at our other home and when we moved to our new house, knew we wanted another one. We have a covered patio in the corner of the house with a four foot wall below enclosing it. We wanted to block the west sun, and have some privacy on the south face. We ordered two 4x9's and turned them horizontally. Works fantastic! Searched until I found a light grey sail that matched our trim color. These sails hold up really well in the Arizona sun and high temps. Great purchase!

I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with this sail shade. We bought it 4 years ago for our New England summers. I believe it warned to take it down with winds greater than 20mph - ours has been up with 60-70mph gusts with no issues (and we’re on the ocean). We obviously take it down during winter.It’s super sturdy and well made. No issues with quality at all.The only thing I would change about it is that I ordered the “wheat” color and it’s much more of a yellow than I expected. We made it work. Buy it! You won’t regret it!

I bought my original center Sunshade Sail, Colourtree from Home Depot. I needed two panels on each side but Home Depot didn't have variety of sizes, and Colourtree sold this as custom size at some astronomical price. I was a bit leary, but the good reviews outweighed the few negative ones. I bought two blue. Eden's quality is way way better, and stronger. I had bought the colourtree's Top-Notch Tension Ratchet Winch Sun Shade Sail Canopy Cable Wire Installation Kit so I did not use Eden's strings, and I don't recommend it either ~ unless you want a saggy sail.I left my phone at home today, so unfortunately I cannot provide photos but these shades are awesome and strong. Much better than colourtree.Thank you.

What I received was a square tarp with grommets. There were no D hooks and no curved edges to help maintain tension. The material might have been as described but it was useless to me in this form. If I wanted a tarp I could have gone to the local hardware store and spent a lot less money. Returned it immediately.

We love the shade, very happy with the purchase. Wish I could give 4.5 for a couple reasons. (purchased beige 14 x 20).The good:1. Feels and looks like good quality (had it up about 4 weeks now)2. Very reasonably priced.3. Rain doesn't poolNot so good:1. "Beige" is more like light yellow-it isn't an ugly yellow, but I wish it was more like beige...if I had wanted yellow I could have ordered "wheat" color2. It sagged after rain and did not rebound when dry. We originally mounted it under our pergola and it was flat and stretched very tight and looked perfect that day, but that night it rained hard and the next day the middle was sagging at least three feet lower than it was originally. I hoped it would tighten back up after it dried-it didn't. We couldn't stretch it tighter because we bought it to fit perfectly. We ended up remounting it on top of the pergola (still stretched tight but resting on top slats) which was a more difficult job, but in the end it looks fantastic. Not sure how we could have fixed this otherwise. We only could have moved mounting hardware a few inches out on all sides and when we pulled to try to fix sagging before we ended up mounting it on top, it didn't help much. Maybe you have to order a smaller one and continually be able to adjust as it sags..maybe this isn't as big of an issue with smaller sizes but you should probably consider this if you plan to order a large one.

We really like our sun shade. We ordered the brown 12' x 14' for our patio pergola. Our pergola extends out a little further than the patio, so obviously this doesn't cover the entire thing, but it does cover the main square footage of the patio itself which works out great. Blends right in, offers really nice shade, and helped make our fan even more efficient with air flow and cooling. We live in north GA and can tell it's helped with the heat. I would say it cuts the temp by at least 5 - 10 degrees. Our dog has certainly enjoyed it! Held up to our first big rain storm as well.
