I bought this a few months ago, and finally reached almost halfway, only to notice that colour number 23 the dark blue was missing. I think there might be enough of colour 22, the light blue to make up for it, however I do not know that for sure yet, and without the dark blue I'll be missing some of the extra details in the sky, that makes me quite a bit sad. Please check when you receive the product that all of the colours are actually there. =(
